AF-380 - Benjamin Moore - Costal Path

Door and Plaque Colors:

There are four acceptable colors for the front door of your townhome. They are:

1. HC-190 - Benjamin Moore - Black
2. HC-134 - Benjamin Moore - Tarrytown Green
3. HC-181 - Benjamin Moore - Heritage Red
4. AF-380 - Benjamin Moore - Costal Path

NOTE:

•  All shutters must be black.
• If light fixtures in the front or plaques are replaced, they should adhere to the type of fixture or plaque that is being replaced. 
• Replacement address plaques can be purchased from the Board for $25.  Please email your request to TheRTOA@gmail.com
